Your role

You are the heart and face of our Berlin office and the first point of contact for the team, guests, and partners.

With organizational talent and a service mindset, you make sure everyone at SuperNext feels at home and daily operations run smoothly.

Your tasks

  • People & Onboarding: Guide new colleagues from signing the contract to their first day, organize workplaces and access, and ensure a warm welcome.
  • Team & Community: Plan team events, shared lunches, and small surprises to foster exchange and team spirit.
  • Office Management: Keep our office running – mail, orders, drinks, plants, service providers. You create a place where people love to work.
  • Calendar & Travel: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and simple travel bookings for the team.
  • Preparatory Accounting: Collect receipts from Pleo, Stripe & Co., maintain the filing system, and prepare documents for our tax office.
  • Ideas for Better Processes: Bring in ideas to make internal workflows even simpler and smarter.

Your profile

  • Experience in office or people management, hospitality, gastronomy, event organization, or similar service roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and a hands-on attitude.
  • Enjoy working with people, communicative, and discreet.
  • Very good German and good English skills.
  • Tech affinity is a plus: you like to explore Google Workspace and new tools.
  • Career changers with a hospitality background are explicitly welcome.
