Your role

As a Technical Project & Account Manager, you are the central link between our customers and the development team. You understand technical requirements as well as business goals, lead customer conversations as an equal, and translate everything into clear user stories and prioritized backlogs. Your goal: smooth projects, delighted customers, and a dev team that always knows what to do.

Your tasks

  • Act as the key contact for our B2B customers on new projects, integrations, and product features.
  • Join customer calls, kick-offs, and sprint reviews.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Capture, structure, and prioritize customer requirements.
  • Create clear user stories and maintain the backlog in close collaboration with product & development.
  • Plan and moderate sprints, milestones, and reviews.
  • Ensure features are delivered on time and in high quality.
  • Provide expert advice on API integrations, data flows, and architectural questions.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve processes and tools (e.g. Notion / GitLab / Figma).

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in technical project management, solution/technical account management, or similar interface roles.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, SaaS architectures, and APIs.
  • Experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar.
  • Skilled in handling technical documentation and backlog management.
  • Strong communication and moderation skills in German and English.
  • Structured, independent work style and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Nice to have: programming or architecture know-how to lead deeper technical discussions.
