  • Advanced analytics

2. Business Use Only (Current Status & Future Expansion)

SuperNext is intended exclusively for professional and commercial use. By registering for or using the Service, you expressly represent and confirm that you are not acting as a consumer within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), but solely for business, professional, or commercial purposes.

As SuperNext evolves into a broader SaaS offering, we may introduce subscription plans for individuals, teams, and companies. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all users are deemed to be business users for the purposes of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your credentials
  • Notify SuperNext of any unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account

SuperNext is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your actions.

4. Fees, Payment & Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan details are displayed at the time of purchase.

4.2 Billing & Renewal

  • All plans renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Billing occurs in advance for the applicable period.
  • You authorize us to charge the payment method associated with your account.

4.3 Payment Failures

If payment cannot be processed:

  • We may suspend or limit access to paid features
  • We may terminate the account after repeated failures

4.4 Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • All payments are non-refundable
  • Partial refunds for unused periods are not provided
  • Free trials may be offered at our discretion

4.5 Taxes

Prices exclude applicable taxes, which may be added depending on jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SuperNext to:

  • Upload content you do not own or have rights to
  • Distribute illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or defamatory content
  • Harass, impersonate, or threaten others
  • Upload malicious code (malware, bots, scraping tools, etc.)
  • Circumvent platform moderation or restrictions
  • Automate posting for spam or abuse
  • Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decode, or attempt to extract source code

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant SuperNext a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to store, process, modify, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Our Intellectual Property

All SuperNext software, design, trademarks, and features are owned solely by SuperNext. Users may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our IP
  • Reverse engineer the platform
  • Use branding without permission

7. Copyright & Takedown Policy

If you believe content on SuperNext infringes your rights, submit a request to:

support@supernext.com

Include:

  • Your contact information
  • Clear description of the infringing content
  • Proof of ownership
  • A good-faith declaration

We may remove or disable the content and notify the uploader.

8. Third-Party Integrations

SuperNext may integrate with third-party platforms, including TikTok, YouTube/Google, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Twitch, and podcast/RSS services. Additional platforms may be supported in the future.

Use of any integration requires compliance with the terms, policies, and permissions of the corresponding third-party provider. By using an integration, you acknowledge that these external terms govern your use of those services. Key reference terms include (non-exhaustive):

8.1 Data We Store

SuperNext stores only the minimum data required to maintain each integration, such as access tokens and platform-specific IDs. SuperNext never stores third-party account passwords.

8.2 User Consent

By enabling an integration, you authorize SuperNext to act on your behalf within the scope of permissions granted by the platform. You may revoke these permissions at any time through the third-party service. Your continued use of integrations requires adherence to the platform’s rules.

8.3 No Liability for Third-Party Changes

SuperNext is not responsible for outages, policy changes, feature removals, or account actions taken by third-party platforms.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

9.1 Privacy Policy

Use of SuperNext is subject to our Privacy Policy.

9.2 Roles Under Data Protection Law

  • For account and platform usage data: SuperNext is Data Controller
  • For content and creator data you upload: SuperNext is Data Processor

9.3 Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

If required, a DPA is available and forms part of these Terms when executed by both parties.

9.4 International Transfers

Data may be processed outside the EEA using appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).

10. Modifications to the Service

We may update, enhance, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for losses resulting from changes.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse the platform
  • Post prohibited content
  • Misuse third-party integrations

You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

SuperNext is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Integrations will remain available
  • Data will be preserved without loss

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in full force.

20. Account Deletion and Data Deletion

Users may request the deletion of their account at any time. Data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless legal retention obligations or other statutory requirements require continued storage.

SuperNext may integrate with third-party platforms, including TikTok, YouTube/Google, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Twitch, and podcast/RSS services. Additional platforms may be supported in the future.

Use of any integration requires compliance with the terms, policies, and permissions of the corresponding third-party provider. By using an integration, you acknowledge that these external terms govern your use of those services. Key reference terms include (non-exhaustive):

8.1 Data We Store

SuperNext stores only the minimum data required to maintain each integration, such as access tokens and platform-specific IDs. SuperNext never stores third-party account passwords.

8.2 User Consent

By enabling an integration, you authorize SuperNext to act on your behalf within the scope of permissions granted by the platform. You may revoke these permissions at any time through the third-party service. Your continued use of integrations requires adherence to the platform’s rules.

8.3 No Liability for Third-Party Changes

SuperNext is not responsible for outages, policy changes, feature removals, or account actions taken by third-party platforms.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

9.1 Privacy Policy

Use of SuperNext is subject to our Privacy Policy.

9.2 Roles Under Data Protection Law

  • For account and platform usage data: SuperNext is Data Controller
  • For content and creator data you upload: SuperNext is Data Processor

9.3 Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

If required, a DPA is available and forms part of these Terms when executed by both parties.

9.4 International Transfers

Data may be processed outside the EEA using appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).

10. Modifications to the Service

We may update, enhance, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for losses resulting from changes.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse the platform
  • Post prohibited content
  • Misuse third-party integrations

You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

SuperNext is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Integrations will remain available
  • Data will be preserved without loss

Your use is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • SuperNext is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SuperNext harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your content
  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of third-party terms
  • Your breach of these Terms

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.

We will attempt to notify you via the contact information provided.

Your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

16. Force Majeure

SuperNext is not liable for delays or failures due to events outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, internet outages, third-party failures).

17. Assignment

We may assign these Terms in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.

You may not assign your rights without our consent.

18. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in full force.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable DPA constitute the entire agreement between you and SuperNext.

20. Account Deletion and Data Deletion

Users may request the deletion of their account at any time.

Data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless legal retention obligations or other statutory requirements require continued storage.
